Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everyone who opens an account on litesports.be. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept them, together with the betting rules, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

litesports.be operates under the supervision of the Belgian Gaming Commission (Kansspelcommissie). The legal entity and licence details will be published here once verified.

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must live in Belgium.
• You must not be listed on the EPIS exclusion register kept by the Belgian Gaming Commission.
• You may hold only one account, and it must be in your own name.

If we find that any of these conditions is not met, we close the account. Money you deposited is returned to you, minus any amounts already paid out.

When you register, you give us your name, email address and date of birth, and optionally a phone number. The information must be accurate and you must keep it up to date in My account.

You are responsible for keeping your password private. Passwords are stored in hashed form and we will never ask you for yours. After five wrong passwords, login is locked for 15 minutes. You can sign out all other devices from My account, and changing your password does this automatically.

Belgian law requires us to confirm your age and identity before your first bet. The check runs through a verification partner; we keep the result of the check, not copies of your ID documents.

An identity check is also required before a withdrawal. We may ask for further information when anti-money-laundering rules require it, and until a required check is complete we cannot accept bets or pay out.

• All accounts and transactions are in euros (EUR).
• Each deposit must be between €10 and €5,000.
• Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay arrive instantly. A SEPA bank transfer takes 1 to 2 business days.
• We do not charge fees for deposits.
• You may only use payment methods that are in your own name.

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page and never reach our servers. Deposits count against any deposit limit you have set.

The minimum withdrawal is €20. Money is paid back only to the card or bank account you used to deposit, and never to a third party. We do not charge fees for withdrawals.

We process withdrawals within up to 1 hour, after which your bank usually needs 1 to 2 business days. While a withdrawal is still pending, you can cancel it in your Wallet. For security, we ask for your password again before a withdrawal is requested.

A bet is only valid once we have accepted it and given it a bet number (LS-XXXXXXX). Stakes range from €1.00 to €1,000.00 per bet and the maximum payout per bet is €100,000.

If a price drops before you confirm, the bet is not placed until you accept the new price. Bets are settled according to the betting rules, which form part of these terms.

You can set deposit and loss limits, a session reminder, a break or a self-exclusion in Limits & breaks. Lowering a limit applies immediately; raising or removing it takes effect after 7 days. Breaks and self-exclusions cannot be lifted early.

We send no marketing during a break or self-exclusion. More detail is on the responsible gaming page.

You may not bet on behalf of someone else, use more than one account, or bet on events whose outcome you can influence or already know. You may not use automated tools to place bets.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe these rules have been broken, we may suspend the account while we investigate. We explain our decision and you can raise it with support.

We do not charge inactivity fees. Your balance stays yours, however long you are away, and you can withdraw it at any time under the normal withdrawal rules.

When you come back, your limits, breaks and self-exclusion settings still apply exactly as you left them.

You can ask us to close your account at any time through the support form or at support@litesports.be. Open bets are settled as normal, and the remaining balance is paid out to your card or bank account.

If you want to stop betting because it is becoming a problem, self-exclusion is the better tool, as it cannot be reversed early. We keep account and transaction records after closure for as long as Belgian gambling and anti-money-laundering law requires.

We are responsible for running the site with reasonable care and for paying out bets that were correctly accepted and settled. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as failures of your device, your internet connection or third-party networks.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Belgian consumer law or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Contact support first with as much detail as you can, including any bet number. We answer every complaint within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Belgian Gaming Commission.

We may update these terms, for example when the law changes. We give you at least 14 days’ notice by email and on the site before a change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before that date.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved with us or through the Belgian Gaming Commission go to the competent Belgian courts.
