Adults aged 18 or over who live in Belgium. People listed on the EPIS exclusion register cannot open an account, as Belgian law requires. You can browse every sport and price without an account.

Belgian gambling law requires us to confirm who you are before your first bet and again before a withdrawal. The check runs through a verification partner, and we keep only the result, not copies of your ID documents. Details are in the privacy policy.

Use Reset your password on the login page and follow the link we email you. Changing your password signs you out on all other devices, which also protects the account if someone else knew the old one.

After five wrong passwords, login is locked for 15 minutes to stop password guessing. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password. If you did not make those attempts, change your password and contact support@litesports.be.

Go to My account and choose “Log out other devices”. Every session except the one you are using is ended straight away.

Contact support through the contact form or at support@litesports.be. Open bets are settled normally and your balance is paid out to your card or bank account. If you want to stop because betting is becoming a problem, a self-exclusion is safer, because it cannot be reversed early.

Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, which arrive instantly, and SEPA bank transfer, which takes 1 to 2 business days. All payments are in euros. You can choose a method in your Wallet.

Between €10 and €5,000 per transaction, within any deposit limit you have set. We do not charge fees for deposits. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page and never reach our servers.

We process withdrawals within up to 1 hour. After that your bank usually needs 1 to 2 business days to show the money in your account. The minimum withdrawal is €20 and there are no fees.

No. Withdrawals go back only to the card or bank account you used to deposit, and never to a third party. This is an anti-money-laundering rule that protects your money as well.

Yes, as long as it is still pending. Open your Wallet and cancel it there, and the amount returns to your balance straight away. Once it has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Each bet must be between €1.00 and €1,000.00. The maximum payout per bet is €100,000. A slip can hold up to 12 selections.

Prices move as matches and markets develop. If a price drops, the slip shows the old and new price and waits for your confirmation. Higher prices can be accepted automatically, a setting that is on by default and can be switched off in the slip.

Outcomes in the same match are linked, so a multiple allows only one selection per match. You can still bet on several outcomes from one match as separate singles. The full rules are in the betting rules.

The market is suspended, for example after a goal, a break of serve or during a video review. Suspended prices cannot be selected. They reopen automatically, usually within moments, with updated prices.

An accepted bet gets a bet number in the format LS-XXXXXXX and appears as Open in My bets. If you tap confirm twice, only one bet is created.

If an event does not start within 24 hours of its scheduled time, bets are void and the stake is returned. If it is abandoned after starting, markets already decided are settled and the rest are void. A void selection in a multiple counts at odds of 1.00. See the betting rules for each sport.

Go to Limits & breaks and choose a daily, weekly or monthly amount. A lower limit applies immediately. We ask for your password before the change is saved.

The waiting time gives you a chance to reconsider a decision made in the moment. Your current limit stays in place for those 7 days, and you can cancel the pending change at any time. Removing a limit works the same way.

A break pauses betting and deposits for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 weeks. Self-exclusion lasts 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or 5 years. Neither can be lifted early, and during both you can still log in and withdraw your balance.

Yes. The national EPIS register, managed by the Belgian Gaming Commission, excludes you from all licensed gambling in Belgium. Our own self-exclusion applies only to litesports.be.

Your live connection has probably dropped. The page keeps showing the last confirmed state, and any bet you place is checked against the current prices on our server. Reloading the page usually restores the connection.

Open the bet slip and choose decimal, fractional or American. Decimal is the default. The site remembers your choice only if you have allowed preference cookies in “Cookie settings”.

The bet slip is stored in your browser, so it does not move between devices. Placed bets are always saved to your account and can be found in My bets on any device.
